Hi , I am based in south Essex, can any one recommend a company to supply and install a dash cam for my XF on a 13 plate please ,

Hi Paul and welcome to the club.

I have a Nextbase Dash Cam which you can just plug in to a power source although it can be hard wired in by any auto electrician. Halford has a good choice of Cams to choose from, but Nextbase is a market leader.
