Graham V Posted December 30, 2016 Report Posted December 30, 2016 Hi Chaps Now that winter is upon us and frosty mornings are the norm I have noticed a problem or rather inconvenience with my Jag xf premium luxury in so far as when unlocking the mirrors do not turn out . They seem to be prone to freezing up although a splash of hot water does the trick. Has anyone else experienced similar problems, if so any useful tips, I was thinking of spraying with WD 40. Wishing everyone a happy new year Graham Quote
JOE-DOT-COM Posted December 30, 2016 Report Posted December 30, 2016 Hi I'd start with wd40 and then some normal Oil, as most of the wd40 evaporates If its frozen, then there's moisture in there, plenty of Oil should sort it put some towel's under the mirror, they will drip Oil for a bit cheers Joe Quote
