Hi

Last night my telematics screen stopped working no navigation, no AC control and no heater control and I can't control the heater its blowing warm air constantly.   I checked a couple of interior fuses F72 and F69 and they're fine.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to fix the problem?

Tom, this can happen if your battery is low: Is that a possibility?

The battery seems fine as it starts straight away with no problems.  I have a long journey today so I might pull out the heater relay so as not to get too warm on my journey.

I went to run a diagnostic ODB test and as if by magic the telematics display lit up prompting me for a system code number.  I better look through my owner's manual for it when I get home unless anyone has a number that will work?

Have a look at the battery reset there's a way of getting the display on once you have entered the codes wrong 3 times
