Weird rattling

First a big hallo to all and am hoping someone can help on my 08 plate 2.0 D. X type a weird noise has started only when driving (not stationary) sounds like a heat shielding dim rattling or air blowing from turbo have been to garage thay had it now for a week and can't find what it is but can hear it !! Any help would be greatfully accsepeted

Hi Frank thanks for this information have just got on to my mechanic who tells me that's good news but my jag has a 2.0lt Diesel not petrol.

Hi Frank It's now 04,27 hrs and after many hours searching the problem has been found a very small hole in a pipe new part to be ordered in morning.
