Hi Folks,

I need to replace the Electronic Brake Control Module on a 2005 S type. I have looked online on ebay and found a couple however the last 2 letters of the P/N are different. Is this relevant or do the last 2 letters not matter. the original part number is 4R83-2C496-BD.(as shown in the photograph)

As a second question, dose anyone out there have a spare EBC Module that I try exchanging to see if one with a different 2 final letters will work?

Glad you found another one!

I will just have to give it a try and see, I have found a local independent Jag Specialist who might be able to do it.
