Rear window visior

My 2003 S Type 2.5 V6 SE has a rear windscreen electric visior which is operated by a button on the roof just in front of the interior rear view mirror, the visior is in the down position when I press the button the visior moves a tiny bit but won’t go up, anyone have any idea what could be causing it thank you.

can stick sometimes

you want someone by the button and someone by the blind

they stick, try moving the blind top forwards and backward, while some one presses the button

Thank you will give it a go tomorrow. As I wasn’t to sure how it worked
