Since the update I can’t skip songs once I’ve selected a song on a playlist, nor can I play a new song by using the touch screen. I’ve tried using old phones still on iOS 12.4.1 and they work as before. Do I need to update my firmware, if so how? I have a 63 plate premium luxury and I’m pulling my hair out, any ideas?

Hi Ash,

Have you got the latest iOS - iOS13.1.2? iOS13 seems to have been very troublesome, hence the 3 newer versions. I'm not sure, but I seem to recall car connectivity and bluetooth issues being fixed at 13.1.2 (but that may have been for users of Apple CarPlay).

Good luck!

I have updated but still no luck. It works for bluetooth but not via iPod controls (cable) so I can choose playlist off screen etc
