Hi, just wondering how do I fix this issue, I can hear the pump working just no water comes out, and the washer fluid does not go down, I assume it’s blocked somewhere

I have exactly the same car as you and had the same problem. Its usually caused by the washer pump filter getting blocked with the windscreen washer additive turning into a gel over time. My solution which worked for me was to back flush by removing the the small washer pipe and connecting it to a garden hose pipe using a reducing connector (see photo 12mm to 6mm)..... you will then see all the crud come floating up in the top up filler tube.....

The more time consuming option would be to remove the wheel arch lining to access the pump and clean the filter itself.

I have since stopped using screen wash additive and not had any problems since....... Good Luck

Just wondering where you connected the reducing connector to? Where the hose connects under the bonnet from the wiper arms?

Connect to the tube which comes directly from the pump and terminates via a multi connector under the bulkhead.

I have tried to send you pic attachments but they will not load for some reason....good luck
