Hi There, need some help. Recently had to disconnect battery on my Jag xj6 1997 as had work done. Unfortunately I can not find the radio code. Is there any way to retrieve it without costing a fortune. Or alternatively an overide? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hi David, 

There is a document written by Paul [Raistlyn] which tells you how to reset your battery.  Paul is an expert on these matters.

Just google "Battery Reset Code" and you will get the whole document as a PDF.

Thanks for your reply Peter. However the dash on my 1997 xj6 does not have the same configuration as shown in the document. The same buttons are not present on mine. I may just have to contact Jaguar themselves.  Regards David
