Hi,

I'm just finding my way round things on 65 plate XF Portfolio and I've found the setting for giving a warning if you go over the speed detected but it only flashes the red ring around the speed symbol. Is there a setting somewhere that will give an audible rather than visual warning? The same applies to the Lane Departure warning.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Don't think there is, never found it on the xe portfolio I had, although on lane departure I think you can get steering wheel to vibrate.

 Hi Paul,

My 13 year old S type has a speed warning which does not work while I am alone in the car.

It only works when my wife is in the car.
