I HAVE A 2019 XF AND I AM HAVING TROUBLE INSTALLING AN UPDATE FOR THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM , I HAVE DOWNLOADED U=THE NEW MAPS ONTO A MEMORY STICK FOLLOWED THE INSTALLATION DETAILS BUT THERE IS NOTHING SHOWING ON THE NAV SCREEN ,I HAVE CHECKED BACK ON THE COMPUTER DOWNLOAD AN IT IS SAYING IT IS ON THE MEMORY STICK. I WOULD APPRECIATE  ANY HELP

Are u using i g a USB 3 stick, anything less and it won't download

What format is the usb stick, for the car to recognise it it needs to be formatted to FAT32. This is a pain as windows only naturally formats to 32gb on FAT32, the download is just above that. So it either has to be formatted with an app or you can buy a larger usb already in FAT32 format.
