My jaguar auto start/stop will not work, a new battery has been fitted by the garage this was supposed to resolved the issue.

The battery that has been fitted is a Vitare 12v 80Ahr?

Any suggestions

Did they do the correct system reset when they fitted the battery?  You can switch the system on and off, but afraid I can,t tell you how. Somewhere in

on the XF forum will no doubt be along shortly to tell you how to check.

Its the secondary battery that runs the stop start I think. Takes a while I also think to charge the thing.

Don't think there is a auxiliary  battery on the x260 2016 model mine is the x250 2.2 with auxiliary  battery my start/stop also stopped working charged both batteries still doesn't  work think it's a known problem on these cars but I certainly  don't  miss it
