I'VE GOT 2002 XTYPE. I TOOK IT IN FOR A REPLACEMENT WATER PUMP AND COOLANT HOUSING. IT WAS IN THE GARAGE FOR ABOUT 4 WEEKS. THEY COULDN'T GET HOLD OF THE COOLANT HOUSING THAT EASILY. I WAS TOLD IT'S GETTING HARDER TO GET PARTS FOR MY CAR AS IT GETS RARER!!! IS THIS TRUE??? WHEREABOUTS DO YOU X TYPE OWNERS GET YOUR SPARES FROM? PARTS ON EBAY ARE USUALLY ABROAD!!


Hi Kevin I also have a 2002 X Type I've had it now for over 10yrs its been a great car i don't  use it so much now so giving it to one of my sons knowing he will take good care of it .--- I have used Ebay for a few things + -  SNG Barratt Group Limited --  UK    Who stock almost anything for the older XType ----

    If you're not after OEM replacements autodoc stock a vast amount of replacements.

    Had the same done 2 months ago 2005 X400 waterpump with housing £37.16 inc vat.

    Delivery took 2 days.
