I have just bought my first Jaguar for 20 plus years or so, my last being an XJS HE, which somewhat dates me as it was only a few years old. I am now the owner (one day) of an I-Pace and struggling a bit with the technology, The car has a sim card in it, which I suspect is not working. Can anyone tell me the length of time the Jaguar supplied card is paid for and if I need to supply my own data card. If the latter, how much data the card uses on average per month. Most things can be done over the wi-fi when at home.

SIM card data contract is 3 years, to match the original manufacturers warranty.

Data allowance was 500 mb per month.

'Ubigi' were the official providers of the SIM and data plan ?
