hi , i have a black 3.0 sport man, 2001. it has no badges on it , did the sports not have badges on them ?

I have never owned the Sport Version, but I thought that there was a Growler badge built into to the Radiator Grille, and at the rear there would have been on the left side the "X Type" and on the right side "3.0".

 

If you want to get those badges I think the best place to go would be Adamesh.

 

But enjoy your car !

 hi.i have the front badge just nothing at all on back of car,apart from that best car ive ever owned love it, has a lovely set of split rims with growler badges, never seen a set of these on any other jag ,an upgrade ?

Picking up the XK-R on Monday , it looks stunning. You were asking about insurance, it is £343-71 a year , 31p a week more than the XJ Supersport .

You should get an Ilfracombe address, you would fit in here as most of the peeps are Midlanders and northerners. It is known as Liverpool - On - Sea

 

I'm sure I will enjoy the XK-R.

 

 One worrying thing though, the wife has suddenly decided she likes Ferraris !
