  1. I've researched other manufacturers and none of them want to swerve their customers to a 3rd party rip off merchant that want to charge ridiculous money for an update that's more than 3 years out of date, that's the disappointing part.

I have the HDD system so, my options are to revert to Waze or, get wholesale ripped off by buying an update from HERE Navigation (not in UK) which comes as a USB stick for £169 + £11.50 delivery which is the latest (and last!) update available and it's dated 2020 so, three years out of date. No fussed if this makes me a bad person but, that is an absolute mugging and very poor so, have raised with Jaguar CS. I have a cupholder mobile phone holder should I not be able to get a reasonably recent Sat-Nav update, I'll simply use Waze; which is updated daily with live incidents and warnings like parked car, debris in the road, potholes, works perfectly every time and it's free! I will see what CS come back with but, confidence that Jaguar are able to support a customer in such an instance is very, very low.

  3. hi my car has problems playing or recognising tracks from my usb stick the usb stick is fat 32 and contains a mixture of mp3 and wav files when I insert it into my wifes ford kuga it shows 650 tracks and they all give the name of the the tracks in my car it only shows as being 400 tracks and some or indeed lots the title of the tracks/artist is blank any ideas ? and is there a way to reset the system without disconnecting the battery / thanks guys
