I personally like Classic Jaguar as I prefer some of the older models but maybe try a few and stick with the one you prefer.

Sounds like a coil spring is broken and that is making the noise on cornering

The brake servo is corroded internally and needs to be replaced.....an XF version can be fitted in place of the original S type one

There are a few rebuilders listed in directories but best to shop around for prices for rebuild versus rebuilt unit off the shelf

It isn't a bad option to get a stainless system made for your car.

It works out quite reasonable and also much more durable than a standard steel system which will corrode over time.

Additionally, it is lighter in weight and also gives a much crisper sound with possible power increase which can also lead to a marginal improvement in fuel economy

Sounds like the boot latch (part that attaches to the lower sill area of the boot where the latch attaches to) is misaligned.

If you can loosen the fasteners and move slightly to see if this makes a difference?

I have read it as 120 months and 105000 miles

Either or really, but I would probably code them first....it only trims then up to the engine but will run to get the engine warm and then code if you want

A quick look through the 'tinternet' and come up with this list (which looks to me to be quite definitive)

My money is on item number 3 and can easily be checked by getting your garage to check the oxygen levels from the exhaust (e.g. and exhaust leak will produce a high O2 level on exhaust emissions.....it should be near to zero).

If the exhaust is leaking then this will throw an imbalance on the cat threshold (pre and post levels).
This would indicate a leak in the primary part of the exhaust (more than likely a joint before or after the cat - where the pipes/manifold meet the cats)

Can recommend The Gearbox Specialist in Bournemouth as used them in the past and good workmanship
