  1. Welcome Jim, Sorry to hear the cat was not well, did you check to see if there is any obvious signs like loose leads etc, could be worth having a chat with the previous owner or dealer if bought from a garage, good luck. Alan :D
  2. Hi Jaggirl, Could be the fuel tank air vent is blocked, open the fuel filler, and start the car, if it starts then the vent is blocked, good luck. Alan :D
  3. Welcome Pietro, The fuel pump is by the fuel tank, I would just say that if you try and start the car with the fuel filler open, as may be a venting problem in the tank causing a vacuum, good luck. Alan :D

  16. Welcome Alister, I think the service schedule for the S type is 10,000 miles, you have not put what model you have, petrol or diesel, you will need to look under the S Type section in the forum, for the price of servicing you will need to contact garage, good luck and enjoy your cat and the forum. :D
  17. Welcome Lucas, always good to ask for an idea of the price of any repair, is the car serviced regularly? hopefully will just be a sensor, have you had any new brake pads or work done on the brakes also does your local garage service one or two particular makes or do they service any car, good luck with getting problem resolved.

  19. Is the relay ok, also the last owner may have disconnected them, so could be a wire disconnected somewhere, only thing I could suggest is that you try and track the wiring.
  20. Hi Morgan, Nice car to have at 22, sorry I cannot help you, but could be an idea to google the problem, I am sure someone out there will have loaded up a wiring diagram of the rear sensors, as for the mirror could be a manufacturing fault so could be worth contacting Jaguar. Alan
  21. Hi, I would contact Jaguar, it maybe something more that needs replacing and the dealer could be just trying the cheapest option, good luck and hope you get the problem resolved
