Thankyou, I brought a 2002 S type 3.0 today and its gone wrong already, bad tick over and poor brakes, sounds like a vacume pipe but I am sure you guys will help me out, it was a sold as seen so cant take it back, could not resist the deal, one hell of a car for £1600.
