Hi Paul You need to choose subscriptions you require remote, navigation ect, Pay, open incontrol account, log into account from your car . Login from a PC (make sure your car is linked to your account if not add) download latest maps to a USB stick update car, down load incontrole apps to your phone and you should be good to go At least that's as I remember it been awhile Cheers Tom

Hi Paul I found easiest way is to approach your local Jaguar dealership who will open a incontrol account for you, you then add your vehicle then choose items you wish to subscribe to and pay by card Regards Tom

Jaguar help line sorted problem, required a re boot of privi pro system, remove all accounts from system, hard restart by holding radio volume down for 30 sec, log back in to your incontrol system, follow set up instructions and all sorted Tom

Hi all Yesterday my Amazon Alexa which had been working announced it was disconnected and required re connecting. I checked the account was active in my in control account and on amazon and followed the cars on screen instructions but when I get to connect by email it just keeps saying try again, any one any ideas I also checked the car is signed in to incontrol account, everything else seems to be working ? My mistake thought you ment the sim card, sat nav update on my model by usb stick which is removed on compleation of update Sorry mike

I would try a different make of card, checked mine and it is fully enclosed with nothing pertruding
