Can anyone inform me how to delete old topics off the forum page?

There is a "delete"  on the bottom bar.  Just click on.

 

Having said that, there is not that facility on this post.

P.S.  That facility might only be available to me as a moderator.  It is rare that I use it. 

Thanks Pete as you said I think the delete button is only for you. Does this mean these old topics stay on for ever?
