...Somewhat smaller though

 

 

When I bought it I thought it would be the size of a Corgi car but it isn't - it's a LOT bigger, and now sitting on the mantlepiece.

I have similar only it was bought for me some years ago, an exact replica of my SL55 AMG even down to the colour. Much larger than your normal Corgi models with moving parts such as;

* All doors open

* Boot opens and roof folds away within it

* Bonnet opens

Heres mine. Was green originally. I put a carpet inside and floor mats made of felt also had the correct plates (until I got my private one)

Where one could find these, if you don't mind me asking?

 

Any chance you seen one in British Racing Green? ;)

Mine is a Maisto 1/8 scale Tamas. Readily available on eBay. Not sure if they did a BRG version but could be a project to strip down and respray

I did an eBay search and none of them were BRG :(

 

It seems that once I get the real one fixed, I can get a 1/18 and do that one too... ;)
