My first Jaguar!

Hi all,

 

I'm Chris, I live in Hessle - just out side of Hull. 

 

I have bought my first S Type... 3.0 V6 Sport. After having a go in my mates Jag (55 S Type 3.0 v^) I was hooked so had to have one... mine was a steal at under a grand to buy. Cheap to insure for me too. 

 

So I'm loving it! 

 

The Jaguar owners club looks great too!!

Hi Chris, and welcome to the club.

 

We are a friendly bunch of people here, and sharing experiences is what make the club.

 

The s type the is a great car, both in looks and comfort.  Sir William Lyons who designed the car's predecessors described the Mk2, which the S Type design is based upon, described the car as having "Grace, space and pace". Still the best description today!
