Hi,

So i dug out the spare wheel from the boot the yesterday only to find it is different to the alloys on the car both are 17". I would like to purchase some of these 10 spoke ones, can anyone recommend somewhere? I have tried eBay, gumtree and a couple of breakers but not able to find 4 good ones.

Or what wheels do you think look best? (even if its neither of these)

What is the ride like on 18' wheels?

All help will be much appreciated

Hi Tim,

My s type has the 18" wheels and I have always found the ride excellent.  The look is good, too.

I do like the 5 spoke but that is simply a matter of preference. I also like the 18" however, I have an XKR which comes with 20" standard. If I can ever decide to keep the car rather than upgrade to an F type I think I may choose to downsize to 18" for a more comfortable ride. I do like the range of Coventry wheels and if you shop around they can be quite reasonable

Thanks both, so maybe i should look at some 18", most important think is that I'm comfy, i have upgraded wheels on cars before and found it to be teeth shattering haha. My brother has 20" on his F type, i love the way they look

...and also on Midnight Black. I have never been a fan of low-profile tyre due to the expectation of a teeth-loosening rde. Not so the S-Type on 18" Tritons which is silky smooth.
