Nice! I was discussing this with Paul and definitely want to do it at some point

The only tips i could offer is solder all connections and have some of the plastic door card fixings in reserve, i broke 3.  £1.80 each from jaguar, worth it to stop any future rattles.

Thanks Ian, this is one of the reasons I haven't just gone straight into it. If I'm going into the doors I want spare trim clips and everything prepared, experience suggests that a few will always break and this is one car where rattles and sloppy trim will not be acceptable!

Couple of questions, is it worth a spray Waxoly or similar inside the doors or are our S's already well catered for in this department? Plus is there a plastic sheet / cover inside the card and can these be replaced, or can they be kept intact during the process so not require replacement. Cheers

The connections you need to make within the door are on the inside of the moisture barrier Russ, so no requirement to breach the moisture barrier, ergo no need for replacement.
