please help!!

hi 

i have a 02 x type 2.1 v6 sport 

i have a very annoying fault, my engine has a complete flat spot around 3000 rpm, it seems like there is no power, i have tried everything.

please help

Electronic Turbo Actuator for Jaguar X Type. it may be this but im not sure with the v6?  but look this up on ebay and read what it says, some sellers give a good discription if your car is doing this,  you can give it a try as youve got nothing to lose, good luck.

thanks, not been told this, ive been told air flow, throttle body sensor, coil pack plus loads more

does the 2.1 v6 have a turbo, I thought it was petrol and only the diesels have turbo's

yes .... joe your right on that it is just the diesels that have the turbo, so sorry for posts :-(  i think that it could be what you were first diagnosed with regarding coil packs and throttle sensor, best thing to do is connect it up to a jaguar diagnostic machine which should give you the cause.  again good luck and hope you get this issue fixed...
