I have for a long time wished for a Jaguar. Well a year ago I purchased a 2008 X type estate, diesel, and I am so happy with the car, the comfort is amazing. It is Jaguar racing green with cream leather interior.

A lot of people say it is not a real Jag but I would have to disagree

Hi Ron, and welcome to the Club.

Jaguar racing green with cream leather is an absolutely classic Jaguar colour combination: Beautiful!

It only takes a short drive to show that they are real Jaguars, but you have proved it for well over a year.

Welcome to the Club, Ron.

The x type is a very good car and a Jaguar through and through.  Like every make of car is has parts in common with other brands, and the use of modern technology is shared right across the whole of automotive manufacturing, including Rolls Royce,  Aston Martin, BMW [FWD from Rover], and quite a few others.

Regards,

Peter.

Good choice, missed out on one of those a while ago, I do like the xf estate though🙂
