Handsfree to bluetooth

Hiya I have just bought a Jas S Type 1999 4.0 V8 and it has a hands free built in situated in the dash next to the radio. Can I change the unit easily to another mobile phone plug in? or Can I get a gadget to convert if to be a bluetooth connectable? Cheers
