Restricted performance issues

Hi everyone, I'm all new to this forum. And I have a problem with my XJ6 2.7 tdvi x350 2006 model.
The car is in great condition, with only 56k on the clock. But it keep throwing up restricted performance!!! I've changed egr valves, dpf is all good, car is fully serviced, and recently terracleaned.
Been to specialist jag shop in hull, and it's throwing up codes for BOTH TURBO'S AND FUEL PUMP.
the mechanic says this is almost unheard of. Refreshed the ECU, and still problems with restricted performance.
I'm at a loss, help please

Hi Kim, Had a similar problem with my x type and it turned out to be the turbo actuator. Sorted by Jag u tech in Hull.
