Spare wheel

Featured Replies

Just bought Ftype S 2016 which has a spare wheel in the boot. Out of all the types I looked at this was the only one that had a spare tyre. Silly question but should I remove this from the vehicle so I can put bags in the boot. What is my alternative option ?

hi

usually they come with Jaguar fix n go kits, small compressor inflattor which comes with a sealant bottle that is plugged into the inflator which is a sealant that seals any punctures

but personally you cant beat a spare wheel, but I thought the F-type boots were too small for one

post some pics up of your boot and spare

cheers

Joe

Hi Trinity, and Welcome to the club.

I have come across the fix and go kits, found that they really could only fix one tyre, so I have always ben keen on the spare wheel.

I have one on my s type which fits in neatly  and anything that doesn't fit in the boot goes on to the back seat.

Personally, I would stick with the spare wheel, and bags can go in the space behind the from seats.

Regards

Peter,
