Hi, I am new to the jaguar scene and am looking for some aftermarket parts like carbon fibre wing vents,carbon fibre lip spoiler, carbon fibre shark fin, black grill and black trim for a round windows

Not an easy question to answer.  I have never come across any company that provides such items.

The only answer is to just try googling.
