Juddering front brakes 3.0S 2010

Featured Replies

Juddering from front brakes even under moderate braking (3.0s 2010 diesel).

I heave been informed this can be cured by fitting specific pads and discs.
Any suggestions.

I have the same problem, but only under gentle braking. Had new discs all round about a year ago, was fine for a while, but now have a mild judder.

Just passed the MoT. so can't be too serious, just annoying.

Would be nice to get rid of it, but not a big worry (unless someone has an annoying problem lurking to tell me about!)

Cheers,
Jon

You should’nt have  any judder at all

check bushes for wear, front and back

bent suspension bits, front and back

same brand tyres and over/under inflation

I started to get judder from my front brakes too, replaced the pads they were Pagid and half worn, put new set of Mintex in and no more judder.

Mine also passed the MOT with the judder.
