TPMS - Front left tyre low pressure - check all tyres

I had this warning pop up and I topped up the pressure. When I started the car the front left low pressure warning disappeared, but I can't get rid of the "check all tyres" warning. Will this go away by driving or does the system somehow know that I haven't put air into the other tyres?

I pumped up all the tyres well over the recommended pressure and then let out the surplus air. Re-started the car - all warnings cleared.
