HI. 

Holding the 'lock' button on the fob closes all the windows, or did.

Now all the windows will open holding the 'open' button but the front passenger window will not close when the rest do.

The window works when using the interior buttons but not on the fob.

Am I missing something obvious or is there something wrong?

yes the global opening closing works from the fob, the door lock and dash button

if the passenger will not close its because the one touch has not been done, on that window hold open button till it clicks, the n hold the close till it clicks, once one touch is working, the global opening closing will work

also works with sun roof if fitted
