The Registration at the time was HWA 783C  body colour changed from Opalescent light Blue  to Dark Blue

That number does not show up on the government MOT website. If you have any other info on the car you may get a better response from the JDHT. I suspect that even if the JDHT can find it they will only tell you that it is still going and nothing else.
