Good Evening to you all.

I have had a great day today not marred in any way by the decorating and home improvments that "Mrs W" has set in motion.

The reason for this is that today I have just picked up my S type 3.0 V6 Sport, in a stunning ebony black. This was only marginally tainted by the fact that in so doing I had to trade in my beloved MGTF 160 and my treasured Rover 800. All part of the deal you see, I get to have my Jaguar but I have to cut down to one car.

I must say though that the S type (Probably going to be called "Betty", Don't ask it's just not worth losing sleep over) Has been an absolute revelation. In black it is most certainly as much of a head turner as the MG ever was. The toys and gadgets are enough to make even the most hardened techno geek start salivating.

BUT look at the heading. I have been so arrogant as to assert that my car is better than yours, and this is without knowing what cars you have.

How can I say this.

The answer is simple, My car is better than yours because it is mine. As much as I might like your cars, as much as I might dribble over pictures of your cars, my car is still better than yours because it is in my driveway. So there!

Oh yes. I was going to say that I am willing to evidence my claim about my automotive superiority by posting pictures on this forum.

That's where the difficulty lies. I have the same degree of computer literacy as a ham sandwich. I will post pictures but don't hold your breath as I will have to figure out how to do it on a computerator using knee mail and sloppy discs etc. I have tried sellotaping a photo to the screen but that does not seem to work as I can't see what I am typing.

Give me time I will get there. In the meantime I state again. My car is considerably better than yours. You will just have to believe me.
