We think this is some of the best news that us motorists could get but what do you think?

This is excellent news, although I've never been clamped, I read the stories in the press where the clampers charge extortionate amounts to release the car, whether from the roadside or lockup (if towed away). I dare say there will be a number of issues until everyone is wise to the cowboys and illegal clamping.

Wheel clamping has always been banned in scotland i think.It is great to hear that it is now banned in england and wales it should have been years ago.
