Whats the one thing you like most about you Jaguar? One sentence. I'll start.

The one thing I like most about my car, is the fact I can pop the boot open using just the key.

The feeling of superiority whilst driving it!!!

It gives me great pleasure when driving it.

The little details which make me think wow, I'm glad I'm driving a Jaguar and not something else :)

Long drives, on a quiet road, sitting in the drivers seat as it glides effortlessly over the road

It has to be the noise of the engine from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds

Its warm comforting hug.

How I can go a week without seeing another one on the road! It truly is a work of art!

Just the fact that I own a Jag makes me happy B)

The feel of leather and the finish and class of a luxury car.

My XF S is luxurious; smooth; fast; and reliable but the main thing I like is the enjoyment of watching heads turn to look at it with envy.

is the tinted windows and colour coded side indicators , never seen one like it.

The way it drives; sevelt 1 minute, then sporty the next, always a pleasure.

Best thing about my Jaguar..

when my 5 year old, sits in back & says "Ok Dad fire up the Jag"

Best thing about my XKR ...

 

1. Its mine, nobody else's!  :D

 

2. Its such a cool car   B)

 

3. Always turns heads and usually gets a wave IF I see another (which is quite seldom) 

 

4. The speed and acceleration - although I get as much pleasure poodling along at 40-50!

 

Ok, so that's 4 but I can't really decide which is No 1

The fact that holding the lock button automatically shuts all my open windows.

The best thing about mine is , mine all mine

  A thing of beauty is a joy forever. When I see such beauty, I know God exists. It can be quite expensive though, because I want them all. So far I have; a) 1969 420g.

                                     b) 1992 XJS-C

                                     c) 1997 XJ6

                                     d) 2000 'S' type.   I cannot sell them, and I need to buy more. The only problem is storage. I think I must get some shipping containers in the back garden for the next phase  a)  1960 XK150 se  drophead

                                                                                                       c)   1970's  XKC   4.2.

                                                                                                       d)   1980 XJ6 4.2 convertible. Fingers crossed, can I get them in 2013 ?  I can only try. Maybe then I will finish off with an  E-Type drop-head, and a mk11 3.8. I think I might then drive them all on a rotation basis. So, apart from the utter beauty of these cars, a well maintained engine produces unique music, and a marvellous forward (and rearward) motion. The comfort, particularly for a disabled person like myself, is a wonder, and the attractive comfort  is crowned with a re-assuring view of polished walnut to give the comfortable feeling of a gentlemans club, or a respected library (think of the former reading room of the British museum). Sumptuous.

What I love most about my Jag is ......the colour!

It will knock spots of my Aston Martin DB9 which it replaced !
