Hi All

Wondering why my mirror adjust doesn't work

So far checked fuses 22/30 which are the only ones listed with anything mirror related in the manual  - although I can't see anything obvious like "mirror adjust" next to a fuse..

So - being as neither side work, would anyone know a possible reason? maybe the switch not connected properly ? how do I get it out? door card off?

etc..

thanks

My offside mirror sometime doesn't work but when I press it in it does.  It appears that now and then it slips out of the bracket.

If you take off the mirror casing ,it only clips on, you will be met with a lump of white corrosion.   Tie a towel or something on to  the mirror to protect your paintwork then liberally spray Plus gas , leave to soak ,when eventually the mirror starts to move freely , apply chain grease.

Both of mine are due this treatment again ,lasted two years before getting sticky.
