Dead battery!

I've not long bought a lovely 2003 2.5 s type and I've already replaced the battery. The original battery failed a couple of times in the morning and was completely dead. This morning, the new battery is dead too, even though the car is regularly used.

Would any of you kind chaps like to suggest where I should look first? I'd welcome any help here

hi adrian check to see if your boot light or an internal light is left on. the boot one is an old prob that will drain the battery. charlie57

Welcome to the Club Adrian,

 

Something must be draining the battery, and I would also guess that is a light somewhere.

 

It did happen to me once before.  The interior light does not look bright but can also drain the battery.
