Hi all, I have a generic code reader bought off of ebay a while back.. made by vgate. For some reason I cant get mine to connect to the ECU... or it least I think thats the problem. Code reader works fine on my Citroen. I am using the torque tool on my phone to connect to OBD2 with Ignition on in car to AC. I get the icons in the top left flashing but thats it when plugged into Jag. Tried my bosses OBD2 scanner... exactly the same one and his works... albeit i didnt try it on my phone i did it form his. Do I need certain settings to be able to connect to the Jag via torque pro ? OBD Car doctor app is the one I use for the Citroen and that works perfect. I cant get Torque to connect with my Citroen either. My EML has come on again. Thanks in Advance
