Hi Phil Assuming your purchase date was 1st June 2024 and not 1st June 2014 you need to go straight back to the dealer you bought it from. They are legally bound under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to provide that "goods delivered or sold must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose". First recourse is to give them the opportunity to sort it out. Regards John1 point
