I had the same thing after picking up my used XF 2.0D 2016 from Grange Barnet.
It felt as if there was a flat spot on one of the tyres.
Anyway I took the car to my local tyre dealer for balancing. The balance was out slightly on all four tyres but the main culprit was that the front O/S tyre was abnormally worn on the inside edge. On further investigation a split was starting to appear within the tread pattern.
I was not about to buy a tyre for a car I had just picked up so a phone call to Jaguar was made and they fitted two new front tyres, balancing and tracking was also done.
The ride is perfect now
Thank you Joe
I did think it may have been a fuse box but did not want to go opening anything with the risk of breaking something. I have only had the car for 2 weeks and am a bit dubious of pulling apart something that isn't broken......I've done it before and broke it lol
I could not see it in the handbook, perhaps I skipped a page or something
Can anyone tell me what the small battery looking thing is on the left hand side, with the large red + cover is please ?
I'm stumped, and maybe stupid.
This is my first XF (2016 2.0D) and am very please with it.
Previously owned an XK150, XJ and an X-Type, the XK150 will show you how old I possibly am because it was relatively cheap in those days , I wish i still had it now lol.
