I am told that Thule make the Jaguar bars, and part of that agreement is they don’t make a aftermarket one. So unfortunately can’t get the fitting kit for the ones I already own 😞

Hi just out of interest when I open the boot on my XF saloon, should it open all the way by itself. Or about 20mm and require me to open it the rest of the way?

I found my Audi stop start hardly worked during winter with the heaters on unless you had a good run to warm the car. I have only had the XF a couple of days but over 100 miles it’s only turned the engine of once.  Like @Jimbov8 mentioned it will not switch the engine off if the battery is low, your not at temperature in the car, if heated seats are switched on where it needs more power etc.

I have the same setup on the XF and its in the boot. hope this helps if not to late and already found

Hi I recently got a new Jaguar XF and you don't get a folder in the car any more just a basic how to guide, everything else is now paperless is there a site that you can access this information. If I go to my jaguar all it dose is try and sell me a new one.

I grew up with the XJ6 and XJ8’s 

and my farther also had an XK150 as a weekend car unfortunately he sold this about 17 years ago, and he still has a XF and a XKR now 

Are you happy now you have had some time with it ? Got one to pick up Wednesday hopefully
