Nige(l), Does TLC stand for True Lincolnshire Care ? I was in Taunton last week, not far from me but a fair trek from you , so that's two XK's they've seen in Somerset now ! Your sat nav was correct, they are normal roads here in the West Country.My jag sat nav is really good, no problems at all with it . Do you always travel in herds in Lincolnshire ? Pete, Sorry to hear about your troubles. I agree with Peter , I have found the main dealers of no use whatsoever apart from buying the car from , or part exchange, they tend to talk though their ***** . Try what Peter said, I'm sure you will find the correct part, and a lot cheaper than the main dealer will. Martin. Firstly welcome . In my experience main dealers charge extortionate prices for little and poor work , whilst telling you how necessary and wonderful they are . I use an independent garage over a main dealer as do a lot of other people (not just Jaguar). If main dealers were so good, why would there be a need for independent garages, and how come they can get genuine Jaguar parts cheaper ?
