Hi jimmy
I recently cahanged my instruments cluster on my s type, it was sorced from a second hand source on eBay, it did need re coding, the down side is it will automatacaly go to the higest millege of the two units, and it canbe expensive to have it adjusted, good look

Just to test the water would anyone be interested in a golf day around september at oakmear park in nottingham. The cost would be around £40 including a meal and I would think we could arrange hole sponsorship from various companys if we generate sufficient interest.
-
Think I will consider organising a golf day in nottingham (oakmear park) in september if any one is interested in principle, cant be to hard to get a few hole sponsors a good round and a meal should be around £40, lets stick it out there and see what happens
-
Still serious about forming a golf society though, how about it
-
Sorry to hear about the knees and back pete, how about using your organisational skills to organise a jag club golf society, could just imagin u marshaling us all around the course from a buggy as well as teaching your cat a new trick.

Have the same problem, found the only cure is to always have clubs in the boot and accepte the inevitable or to fully cure always have the wife in the passenger seat.

Thanks for all the sugestions gentlmen, but after investigation by jaguar diagnostics it was indeed the fault of the instrument pannel I sourced, but the good news is the dealer stood by his warranty and exchanged the unit and pleased to report all now working

Hi elvis
Sorry a little late answering your post been away, had the same problem, only answer was to change the instrument panel £50 from eBay easy to fit but needs to be initalised by jaguar software £80 at a independent garage, no problems since, but watch out 4 millage as it will show the higher millage of the 2 units
