Peter,

I bet there are . Robbie Williams is from Stoke, he's not short of a bob or two , neither is John Madejski .

ATB,m

But they don't live there any more, even though Robbie owns a bit of Port Vale.

Peter,

Still from Stoke though, a lot of them live down south when they get a few bob, even Ringo Starr lives just outside of Guildford (Cranleigh) , and I didn't think the scouse were allowed in Surrey .

No one has any money down here in Ilfracombe apart from Damien hirst

I only have money because I am married.  The best financial advisor I have ever had is my wife of 47 years.

If I want something I ask , and if the answer is no that's it. But when I wanted a Jaguar, the answer was Yes on both occasions.

Top lady!

Peter.

My problem is trying to stop her spending money, the exact problem being if she asks for something I daren't say no!!

You think you have problems Kevin, mine is manic depressive, and spending money is one of the traits of it, she just doesn't know the value of it.

She spends so much money she should have been christened Penny .

It is my 65th next week , and God knows what she'll get me, it will be nice , but will cost me !

My Inlaws have had a XF since 2009, brought new, a 3litre diesel, had no problems, apart from cost of tyres!!

Just remember that these cars need driving!

Kevin,

Thank you, but It is next week, September 5th , same day as Jesus and Freddy Mercury , got the daughter and family down at the moment so hopefully they will stop here doing anything stupid.

But I'm in the right place, Devon, God's waiting room !
