i recived an email the other day asking me to take part in the jaguar customer experiance programme  its aimed at after sales customers wanting me to take part in a survey  next time the jag is in the dealers for a service . any one else get one charlie


I didn't get one from the main dealer from who I bought my car.

 

When I bought it I didn't buy the service package on offer as I told them I would not be using them for car servicing and repairs.

 

I think I was crossed off their list, Charlie.

peter when i got mine from the dealer i got a years warranty but i got my indy mate to service and MOT it. so they are prob just wanting me to get them to service it. no chance. and when i had an issuie with the back lights . dealer said it was cosmetic jaguar uk done nowpt to help me and i gave them zero out of ten  on feed back form. charlie

richard i am very very surprised that they sent me that email. the abuse i gave them. i only wanted them to clean the light units at the back in the end bought a toilet anti mould spray and used an old tooth brush done it myself. but believe me that bmw shower are worse .charlie :wacko:

If a Jaguar Customer Experience programme exists, can I suggest that they invite dealer Creamer Jaguar in Kensington on an intensive course...assuming of course the purpose of the course is a good customer experience...if the purpose is a dreadful customer experience, I suspect they have already been on the course and passed with flying colours.

 


I got one through the post and filled it in online this morning. I ticked the box so Harwoods Crawley could view it. Then the sales man called to say they got a roasting for it. My customer experience so far is terrible.

I did this last year the service for my car was to be £180 and they paid me £100 to take part as a mystery shopper, main dealer service for £80 suited me at the time

harwoods crawley must be up for new year awards from jaguar customer relations team

spoke to the sales man again yesterday he looked like he was about jump off the roof.

However so far my wife's Range rover evoque has been faultless. (TOUCH WOOD) but this came from another dealer.

i agree with peter both tony&trevor have both been fobbed off by jaguar. how is it then that phil  under the tittle probs at the factory on this site. is getting new trim fitted to his xf !!!!!!  and they cant do it for tony. yes folks buy a jag and if you get any problems with it forget it as you have just waved TATA to your money. charlie

Well, still no phone call. Oh dear let heads roll tomorrow when I call them.

I got an email instead saying he will call me tomorrow due to a family funeral at short notice.
