Just had terra clean done. Great results. Ade a journey I've done many times and got extra 6 mpg. At decwnt speeds with hills as well. Thanks members for recommending. More mpg and engine looked after. Winner all round.

hi karl, thats good old peter swears by it. but mines petrol no point in getting it done. but i have been telling my oldest about it hes got a 325bm. and the bmws are bad for coking up. minis to made by them b******. ultimate driving machines my !Removed! the 2gen x5 i had was the worst motor ever. jags are miles better. charlie

Charlie,

You are more than welcome down to God's own country (without a caravan)

Hi Karl,

I'm glad you are pleased with the terraclean.

I went up to Leeds yesterday with quite heavy traffic all the way and speed restrictions on the M1, and an hold up due to an accident on the M1/M62 Junction on the way back, although after Derby the M1 was clear mostly and the A42/M42 was pretty good and I was able to do 70 mph[ish].  The s type 2.7D engine returned 45.2 mpg for the round trip.

Regards,

Peter.

peter im lucky to get half that. charlie

trevor, allways wanted to get a wee cottage down in cornwall, after going down ther to my uncles in st austell as a kid. but in last few years its been flooded out. hope they IE goverment have done all the flood prevention work that they promised. but will stick with up here just now. as the bently will dent my pocket. charlie

Charlie,

If you have to worry about MPG "Don't have a car" is my motto .

As for the flood prevention, no point as it seldom stops raining down here in the West Country, it's more like the tide coming down instead of in and out.

As for the Bentley, thought of getting one, roads are too narrow down here though, and also don't like them anymore since the Germans have bought them out, just posh VW's now, all the Charisma has gone .

trevor i dont worry about the mpg for the xk, do like cornwall but its been 40year since ive been ther,,  as for the muslanne. well ive 2half years to go so could change my mind in that time. it will be interesting to see what the gerries do to the aston. charlie

Charlie,

The Gerries should improve the Aston a great deal ( they couldn't get any worse), they are going to use AMG engines and Mercedes electrics, I would think Mercedes will eventually buy them out .

I like Cornwall as long as you steer clear of Newquay , it is like little Liverpool , and is even worse than Ilfracombe in that aspect .

You will find it very hot, and might be phased by trees and grass and things .

This (out next year) will slaughter the Astons (as the XKR and the new F Type have)
