Hi i have recently bought a 2002 x type 2.5 se manual with 106000 miles full service history from Jaguar its my first one and so far im delighted with it.

Welcome to the club, Gordon.

 

I had a similar X Type to yours.  It holds the road perfectly, and was described bu some alleged expert as "nippy", which is not the right term for a Jaguar.
